 Our toys are not pre-made, but created as they are ordered. Therefore, please allow 7 to 10 days (depending on order size) for construction and/or processing of the toys prior to shipping. Some of our toys have components that are not fabric such as, feathers, mylar, plastic, wire, etc. Please monitor your pet to prevent chewing and/or ingesting these items. We are not responsible for any injuries to your pet. THE MOUSE FACTORY will also not be held responsible to replace orders tracked as DELIVERED to the correct address by the postal service it was shipped with.
